Nearly all of us have received gifts or presents that we really don’t want or don’t like or won’t use. The question is what to do with them?
Some people save the gift and just rewrap it to give to someone else as a gift. Others take the unwanted item to the store, get their money back, and use the money for something they do want. Still other people keep the gift, even if it isn’t wanted, because it was given to them.
Which of these do you normally do if you receive a present you really don’t want? Do you have other solutions to dealing with unwanted gifts?

I usually keep it. It depends on what it is though.
Well, that was the question, really; what you usually do. There can be exceptions to almost everything. :))
I would try to hold onto them and then give it as a gift to someone who really needs the gift.
That sounds like a great plan.
There are some people in the Lake Charles area who will accept any gifts from myself or ,my relatives as gifts from the thrift stores.
I always give things that I do not use to others who need it. No Christmas Gifts. When I go to clean up my houses they give something. I have friends who need and give them to them.
That is a really good idea.
It depends, sometimes I will give it to the needy.
That is an interesting option! It would be a way that people who didn’t have much could enjoy it.
