It is well known that sports and physical activity are good for health. Aerobic activities can reduce anxiety. Someone likes to walk, someone goes to the gym and other sports are popular too. Someone going for some other sport. Physical activity is important.

I am more active in the summertime. Winter prevents me from jogging and cycling so I go to the gym just a couple or once a week. And sometimes I am lazy to go at all.
During summer it is easier to be physical active. I also go to the gym.
