In our village one of the internal transportation is the pedicab which is in competition with the motorized tricycle. The pedicab is powered by the legs pushing on the pedal. It is not an easy job much more if you know that they work the whole day to ferry passengers. On the average a pedicab driver earns $5 to $10 but usually it is the minimum of $5 since they cannot work continuously.
Now that the lockdown had made people hungry the pedicab drivers are pushing they might to earn more in order to pay debts. They are obviously got in debt when the lost their job for 3 months.
