All my landscaped gardens have steps and paths that complete a landscaped garden. One needs to create heights if they are none as in this photo. I built the base so that I could create those steps.
The paths in our garden are changeable in that I can remove that gravel and put another colour. These paths do not let weeds grow making walking in the garden a pleasure
Our pet Preiti walked on these paths and never inside the garden. She was a well behaved pet and never trained her. She was self trained. I miss her so.

It can be hard if your partner has different ideas to you. I once created a mound, like a small hill, in my garden, but my partner never liked it at all.
This is my prerogative. I have been designing gardens for my clients (lol)

A dream job, for someone who loves gardening, and photography too, it seems.
There are so many issues while designing and most important of all is the client’s ability to maintain it. But when it comes to designing for builders they have to maintain it for their own benefit.
