It’s tea time here and what better snack than Pakoras with a hot cup of tea. Pakoras are easy to make. Even when guests arrive without notice one can make pakoras and serve them with tea.
Most vegetables can be used to make pakoras. They are sliced and dipped in thick gram flour batter to which chili powder and salt is added.
Pakoras taste nice with ketchup or chutney. My favourite pakoras are those made from onion rings, sliced potatoes, sliced sweet potatoes, and chilies. Occasionally I make bread pakoras. These snacks taste better in the rainy weather.

Have you tasted pakoras?
I was looking for a recipe for Humility for Bulgarian women. I was surprised to find one. I will publish it now ..
potatoes – 1 pc.
onions – 1 head
eggplant – 50 g
zucchini – 50 g
pepper
salt
curry
chickpeas flour – for oval
oil – for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
The shredded and cleaned vegetables are grated and mixed very well with the spices.
We form small, bony meatballs with our hands or with the help of spoons, which we roll in flour and fry in hot oil.
Serve with garnish or melting sauce of your choice.
Is this the cooking process?
This recipe is more or less like pakoras. We deep fry pakoras.
