Hey Virily Family,
Well, I have finally perfected my overnight ‘Oats’ so I thought I’d share!!
Ingredients:
•oats
•protein powder (I have a banana maple french toast flavor that is AMAZING)
•peanut butter
•cinnamon
•chia and flax seeds
•oat milk
•banana
•Greek yogurt
I add all the ingredients into my mason jar and shake it up, then let sit in the fridge overnight. Turns out so creamy and is perfect for a post-workout, on the go breakfast!!!
