Now is the opportune time to exercise

For those who are working in distant offices, they wake up very early to leave for work. That is their usual alibi to escape doing the morning exercise. Due to the heavy traffic on the road, the best defense is to leave earlier before the rush hour begins.

But now that working from home is the temporary standard for most of those working in the office, there is no valid reason to miss the morning exercise. A simple walk around the block, push ups or maybe lifting weights, that will give your muscles a boost. And when you have good muscles then you get good energy that will strengthen your immunity. Being healthy has its benefits in this time of crisis.
