I think Doc explained the issue to you.
so you get virils for the comments you have on your posts. You get virils for the post also, and you get virils when people view your post.
If you really want to get more virils you have to have conversations with other authors on your posts and their posts!

I thought something was broken, and also I have had many posts in the waiting line without being published ..
that is a huge issue I agree (waiting for publication) we’ve been asking the admin team to speed up the moderation process for the past year.
We continue to ask!
