No traveling for now

I  miss the days that we hie to the car to buy something that is a spur of the moment decision. It’s like when the weather is hot, it is nice to eat ice cream so we can go to an ice cream parlor. Sometimes pizza is the craving so it’s the other direction for that. But now, whatever craving we have, we have no choice but to stay home. The lockdown is strict that checkpoints discourage traveling. And considering that public transportation is not allowed on the roads so the roads are clear with a minimal signs of private vehicles.

What if we remain like this for months or even for years? The only benefit we get is the vanishing air pollution. But with the lost income, we shall all be poor and hungry that our government will even go bankrupt.
