No more occasions to look forward to

This is a grim prediction of the near future that we shall be spending the entire year of 2020 without events and no celebrations of occasions. That means no more need for gifts at least for small occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. It is like changing the landscape of our society.

The lack of event and celebrations would have a big impact on the commerce. Stores will lose the potential sales from the gifts and also from the things needed in celebrations like the cake and the props for festivities. It is sad but we are facing into that direction.
