Last week in my post:
Nature Tuesday – Can you help me identify this plant? ,
I asked for your help in identifying a plant whose photograph I found in the archive. I did not receive an answer unfortunately. I tried to find this plant with the help of my friend Google and I found out that it is a submersible plant, an excellent oxygenator found in ponds. It sinks to the bottom of the pond in winter to protect itself from the cold and ice and may turn black but as the water warms in the spring it will float back up and turn green again. This can also be useful for oxygenating aquarium water.
I share this picture with Nature Tuesday Challenge

I open your posts and I am convinced that many open them, out of curiosity!🙂
You lose nothing if you open them all! Even if I do not receive virils I open them.
You decide who you give your support!
Good to know, I recognize it now!
I don’t see it very often because the lake is cleaned almost every month.
i have seen that in ponds, now that you identified it thanks!
It gave me a little headache, but I managed to find out what it is.🙂
such happens, fun to find out what it is right?
I look like the algae that the sea throws away. Is what’s on the left most tin
There are some algae but not too many.
