Nature Tuesday – cactus

In my photo – cactus from Fuerteventura. 

This island is dominated by dry climate vegetation – cactus, agave. Of course, in setelments, you can see beautiful flowering flowers but this is a touch of humans hands. Nature created its own vegetation and mostly it is cactus.  

By the way, Fuerteventura has the largest cactus park in Europe!

There is little rain on the dry island, but Fuerteventura has a fantastic climate. On one part of the island, it is possible to see rain and just after 5 km you will not only do not see any rain but the wind will continue to blast the sand deserts.
