A beautiful sunset on a day with special significance in the Romanian folk tradition. On February 24 is celebrated Dragobetele. Dragobetele, the day of love for Romanians, has its origin in the traditions of the Dacian times and in the belief in a god of love. The popular holiday Dragobetele marks the beginning of spring. February 24 is not randomly chosen, it means the beginning of the agricultural year.
