Maya wanted a longer walk today so the 34th of the year found me on the street, near an old church in the city, located across the road from the Stelea Monastery complex. The church was built in the second half of the fifteenth century. From a documentary point of view, the church was mentioned later, in May 1712, in a document that states that “… it is very old and long ago”, that it is not known who it was made.
I didn’t intend to take pictures tonight, but wasn’t it sad to let this sunset go unnoticed? The sunsets are wonderful in this area!
