Motorcycle rider with the driver

Due to lack of public transportation the authorities are now allowing motorcycle riders to have a passenger on the pillion seat. However, the only allowed passenger is the spouse of the rider whether married or not. Now that is something that will have a technical problem in terms of proof.

Initially the required proof is the ID of the driver and the passenger that they have to have the same address. For married couples the surname should be the same. What some are looking into is the abuse of the proof that it is easy to make an ID.
