Milk bread rolls

There is not much better than freshly baked milk bread rolls. They are perfect for snacks and breakfasts, my grandkids love it so today I baked some with my grandchildren’s help.

This is a basic recipe with yeast dough, which means we can’t be in too much of a hurry, it will take its time to rise. In summer it grows faster, in winter more slowly. It was funny to see my grandkids checking the dough and waiting for it. We ate sone in the afternoon snack but all the others won’t last long.
