Malai kofta is a vegetable ball dish wthat gets its main taste from paneer or cottage cheese as it is called. It has several vegetables that are cooked and mashed and formed into balls and deep fried.
The sauce is elaborate and the balls taste great with this sauce. It is best eaten with jeera rice.

Looks delicious! I have been to Indian restaurants here but I haven’t come across this dish.
If you like to cook then you can follow the recipe given in that link
I don’t remember seeing this on any restaurant menu. (It is a while since I was in any Indian restaurant though.) But I am not afraid to try making new things, so I will cook it soon 🙂
That is why I gave that link. The recipe is easy to follow. Good Luck.
I will think of you when we eat it 🙂
I feel nice about your leanings towards India.
Here we have an Indian restaurant. I’m not sure if I’ll find this dish.
If there is home delivery may be you can find out. Also you are a good cook. You can try making it yourself.
