Kids are banned to go out

Minors are those aged below 21 years old. They are not allowed to go out of their homes. Their parents can face arrest for the violators. As the authorities say, children should stay at home all the time because that is for their own sake to be safe from the infection.

I just don’t know how those kids feel if they are confined inside their homes. It is good if the house has a big yard where siblings can play. But if they live in an apartment or a condo then all they would do is to focus on the gadgets. That may have a bad side effect.
