January 1st 2019 Resolution Chore Choices

If you read  this you know that I am giving myself a little wiggle room with my resolution to become more healthy. So each day I will only have to pick one chore off of the  to-do list to say that day I faithfully worked on my resolution. I am hopeful that many days I will do more. After all, if a resolution turns into a habit then it will happen every day and that would be swell.

So as I will probably be dragging myself into a new year after working I am going to get a head start on my daily plans posted and perhaps some will come back and chitchat about what did or did not happen. Or I can also talk to myself. I am pretty good at that as well.

1. Interval eating

2. Drink 1/2 gallon water

3. 15 minutes of purposeful movement with weights

4. Two bags of donated items delivered

5. One closet cleaned and walls washed.
