Our bell fruit tree is packed with fruits. However, they are not ready for harvesting. Sadly there was heavy wind last night and loads of tender fruits are seen strewn on the ground.
We have a job to do All these fruits will be consigned to compost pits. Once the fruits on the tree are ready we will harvest them. But there again not all will be consumed. Some will be distributed and sadly there is no market for these fruits as most have these trees in their gardens.
I will use some for making fruit juice. With a touch of ginger and sugar the juice tastes great. The rest will go to the compost pits.

That is a lot of fruit too bad it can’t all be put to use.
There is just so much the birds and squirrels can eat. There is just so much we can consume and there is just so much we can distribute.
That’s a pity, I hope they can be saved for juice or something else.
The quantity is too much and this happens every year.
