I do pluck flowers to be placed in the vase and with some imagination create a nice flower arrangement. But this flower had to stay on the plant as it was adorning my garden with its brightness and size.
It is a dark pink Ixora. We have several colours planted all over the garden. This bush has grown well and has given out countless bunches

I prefer to leave flowers in the garden.
I too prefer it but sometimes I like to create flower arrangements which is my hobby.

I had an exhibition a few years ago mostly of dry arrangements and did sell quite a few.
So beautiful! It will last longer in the garden.

She is very nice in the garden. I personally would not tear her apart.
