Artists and interior designers know very well how colors can have a huge impact on the mood and feelings. It is a powerful communication tool that can be used to stimulate action, it affects the mood and challenges of a psychological reaction. Some colors can raise blood pressure, improve metabolism or cause eye strain.
Of course, the influence that colors will have on us can be very individual and is often rooted in our own experience with colors or cultural influences. Thus the white color in western culture symbolizes purity and innocence, while in some Eastern countries it is a sign of sorrow. While color perception can be influenced by subjective factors, there are some color effects that are considered to have a universal meaning. Colors in the red spectrum are known as warm colors, and they include red, orange and yellow. These warm colors stimulate a wide range of emotions – from warmth and comfort to anger and aggression. Colors on the blue side of the spectrum are known as cold colors, which are blue, purple and green. They are often described as soothing, but they can provoke feelings of sadness or indifference.

I agree with you…..
I also heard that if your favorite color is green you could be a generous person. Sounds good, because I have green eyes.
I did not know about it, I love the green wardrobe, and my eyes are blue
I like everything colored. 🙂 My walsl are never painted in only one color. 🙂
I like light colors, one wall can be other colors, darker if the room is large
I tend to like off-white or light colored walls. Pale yellow is nice for a kitchen.
