How about a 42-day chicken?

It used to be the 45-day chicken where the egg is hatched, the chicks are fed with vitamins and other chemicals needed to protect it from the elements and to make it grow fast. In just 45 days, there is the spring chicken that can be eaten. But with the improvement in science, there is no need to wait for 45 days. The new diet can give us the 42-day chicken. So fast, so quick.

The modern chicken has tender meat but with lots of fatty parts. If you check the gizzard, it is always wrapped in fatty tissues. I can imagine a chicken that is obese and artificially made fat to have the desired weight for the market. Oh well, feeding the world’s population is not easy and we can thank science for providing us with the modern chicken.
