Butter is one of the easiest things to make at home. I took this click today during breakfast. It really is quite simple, and I’ve done it myself. It doesn’t taste much different than butter one can buy at the store.
Homemade cultured butter, made by either mixing cream and yogurt and letting it sit at room temperature for a while before the whipping process. Although it can be a long activity, I consider butter making one of life’s little joys.
Guess What? It’s very Buttery…

I have never tried to make butter but I know in the old days, everyone used to make their own butter
It’s good for health to eat home made butter..?
We have always made ghee which is just heating the collected milk cream over a few days which is kept in the fridge before heating.
Yup , I often make ghee as well …?
My grandmother used to make butter often. Very cool process.
Oh that’s wonderful… Thanks for sharing ?
This interests me a lot. Just for the Keto diet. But I didn’t understand what was going on after letting it stand for some time at room temperature before the breakdown process. What are you breaking it with? Is the cream sour? And what is the ratio of cream – yogurt.
If you want I can share the complete recepie with you..
