Hazardous jobs pay more

It is true that hazardous jobs pay more than the regular jobs because of the risk that is experienced by the worker. I don’t know if that is called hazard pay but definitely there is an additional amount to the wage aside from the insurance.

When the worker is hired to be assigned to a hazardous job like a construction worker of a high rise building, the risk is explained very well with the needed skills. Of course, the worker should also have the guts to climb and work in high places for the risk will be higher if the worker gets scared. They accept the job mainly because of the higher pay.
