I was slim since I was young but in my old age I gained a lot of pound. With my weight now, I do not look skinny anymore and my waist is trim and I’d say it’s looking good. Oh, I hate to have a bulging tummy which is common to old guys.
My routine is the morning exercise and eating good food. I also try to be as active as I can by moving inside the house. I walk to the market once in a while. This it not to brag but I drink Coke every day. That’s it.
