Having a lapdog is like having a baby

Our first dog is a big medium dog that is heavy to carry. Our second dog was a pekingese which is a lapdog. It is called such because it is nice to have it be on the lap. Especially when we are traveling, it is very comfortable when sitting on the lap. The other advantage with a lapdog is the amount of food. Small dogs obviously consume lesser amount of food. And for the grooming, it is also convenient.

A lapdog is like having a baby on your lap that you can feel the affection that you are giving it. Just like when you are caressing a baby, a lapdog also enjoys being caressed. Much more, it is good if you talk with your dog for you are treating it as a human. And the reward you get is the loyalty and affection from your dog.
