Going back to South Korea is a dream for next year

Pardon me for posting about South Korea again. We truly enjoyed our short vacation there the other year and I seemed to not be able to move on with the travel ban. Our trip for October to Seoul was cancelled by the airline. I understand that and they promised a full refund.

The problem with traveling now is the required covid test. Much more when coming home there is a ruling here that a 14-day quarantine is imperative for inbound travelers. That sounds onerous.
