Gardening for long life

There is a saying about gardening that it can give you a long life. Maybe not literally but still, that long life means you are enjoying it. A garden lover can have flowering plants for those who like flowers and edible plants for those who want an edible harvest. In this modern time when land is expensive that people live in residential building, the potted plant is becoming the fashion.

As long as there is a spot to get a good bath of sunshine, the potted plant can be your garden. In the capital city Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, the low rise buildings have converted their roof deck into a garden. Even small trees can be seen on the roof decks that seemed to adorn the skyline. But a garden need not be a big one. Even just one pot of strawberry can be considered a nice garden when the plant is already fruiting.
