Fruits for vitamin C

So many medical people have said and they agreed that vitamin C is one vitamin that strengthens our body’s immunity against diseases like the flu and common cold. Since the covid-19 virus is very similar to flu so your body can avoid it if you are equipped with vitamin C. It makes sense to me.

You can get vitamin C from the pills and tables or even the syrup that you can purchase from the pharmacy. There is no need for a prescription because vitamin C is an OTC to mean over-the-counter. But for the most natural means of getting vitamin C, maybe you can prefer fruits. It is cheaper and more natural not to mention that it is nice to eat.
