Fruits for a stronger immunity

We are lucky in the tropical country that summer is the season of the tropical fruits. So many fruits abound in the market so the prices are cheaper and affordable. Especially the quality, fresh fruits are  nice to eat particularly the mangoes, bananas, pineapple, watermelon and some other tropical fruits.

In this time of the virus and the lockdown, the main issue is the contamination. They say that those contaminated are people with weak immunity. That means you cannot easily be infected by the covid virus if your immunity is strong. And one way to strengthen the immunity is to eat fruits. That’s better than taking vitamin C tablets and  pills.
