We do a lot of foil dinners when we go camping. They are tasty, easy and each person can create the kind they like. My neighbor asked me if I had ever made foil dinners in the crock pot (slow cooker) whatever you want to call it.
I must have looked mystified.
“It really works you should try it. Heat it up drop them in and let them cook. I have not done it yet and today may just be the day. I could used something fun, easy and different and it just may be the “thing”.

I have not tried it as we have a rule against open flames, but I would if I had a backyard.
The point was that you could do it in a slow cooker.
Yes, but the flavors are not the same.
I have not yet tried this … it looks wonderful and it’s probably also good
I am going to try it this evening with some of my favorite ingredients.
I wish you bon appetit, my friend
This is a new idea for me and I will try it out?
If you try it let us all know how it turns out.
Food in foil becomes faster and more juicy. I personally tried this method.
Good to know. I think I shall try it based on your experience.
