Fasting after 6 pm

The “after 6” diet means nothing to eat and nothing to drink after 6 pm. That is a very simple diet to practice since you can eat anything regardless of the quantity. The after 6 diet is a partial fasting that your body is on a fasting mode from 6 pm up to 6 am when you eat an early breakfast. That 12-hour period enables the body to grind faster and to burn the fats since the digestive system is idle.

For those who are practicing the after 6 diet, they are the living testimony of the effectiveness of the diet. There is no hunger pains especially for those whose bedtime is early by 9 pm or 10 pm. Much more, breakfast time is usually at 7 pm which means there is a 13-hour idle time for the digestive system which is an added advantage.

  1. For me diets never worked. I had to find my own way to take the weight off and hopefully keep it off. I do not eat during the week after I finish my lunch so that can be about 2 or 3 pm so that is not hard for me.
