Every Silver Lining Has A Touch Of Grey

In a recent article, I read an interesting article by the WHO, (World Health Organization) who had In 2016,  created a global campaign to focus more attention on the disproportionate figure of stereotypes about aging and had as a direct result, designated October 1 as “International Day of Older Persons.”

However, we don’t have to wait till October to correct popularly held ideas about getting older. From a selection of quotes to acknowledge the changes that time brings and to celebrate the gifts that this period in human being’s life can offer. A philosopher once sang these remarkable words, “Every silver lining’s got a touch of grey too.”
