You should sleep early in the night, and you should also try to get up early in the morning. It is because after getting up in the morning, the brain becomes refreshed, which gives the body more strength.
Meditation helps you. You have to train your mind to do meditation every day if you want to do things fast. It is because meditation makes the neurotransmitters the brain sharp.

I try to get to bed as early as possible as I get up early.
Somehow, getting up early is not a problem for me.
I usually go to bed around 9PM or 9:30PM. I do meditate some times and wake up about 6AM or 7AM. I am a morning person.
I go to bed by 11 PM and get up by 6.30 AM. This has become a habit for me.
