From the cactus family, the dragon vine became popular with the edibel sweet succulent called dragon fruit. It is available in the market during the season. There are manyh dragon fruit plantations here to cash in on the demand but the problem is the transport of the farm harvest which adds to the cost of the product.

Hm, I have to admit I do not know what is dragon fruit.
