This is a Chinese traditional dessert in sweet soup type, that means the soup is sweet one or added sugar instead of those served in salty.
It’s black sesame sweet soup or paste which is one my favourite sweet soup. There is some sesame paste or something like 3 in 1 coffee, which just need to add some hot water to dilute and mix them. But, I still prefer to make it myself, as showed in the image.
