I learned a big lesson about habits. I completely dumped this skill. I had kept the habit for a very long time and then attempted to begin again and I was not successful. So I am working on the back on track mode. It made me a better person when I was doing it.
Here are my choices for 4/26/2020
~ Send school work to grandchildren
~ Check with scheduling manager for the new detail job
~ Prepare juice and smoothies to keep Bro going today
~ Change all the bedding in the house
~ Intentionally smile 20 times today
~ Leave behind a trail of kindness by writing 20 kind comments.
Remember I only have to do one to make my goal and I have to report in.
