I read that December 12 is Gingerbread House Day. It sounds fun to gather the family and build a gingerbread house together.
I have not made any gingerbread man before, and I don’t remember seeing a real gingerbread house before. I didn’t know we can actually build the house.
My daughter was making simple cookies just now. Since we have the gingerbread man cookie cutter, she made some “gingerbread man” cookies as well, though no ginger added.

I have never tried building a gingerbread house. I would probably eat all the parts before I build it, haha.
Gingerbread is nice during the holidays.
I always make ginger bread cookies.
