So it’s Thursday and I wish it were the weekend! So the first thing on my list is to adjust my attitude and find joy in this work day! How does one go about finding joy. Today I am going to count 25 things that went right or turned out well.
I am going to drink my 8 glasses of water.
I am going to get my 10,000 steps.
I am going to tote 5 bags of things that I can get rid of out of this house.
