Crunchy peanut butter

It was at writing sites that I came to know of peanut butter.  I had stopped taking the normal butter which was bad for cholesterol.

Peanut butter is now a staple diet on our table.  I like the crunchy peanut butter.  I eat it with jam or a choco spread. Peanut butter is packed with many health properties and it has zero cholesterol.
