It is always nice when you can get two birds with one stone. It is National Marzipan Day. So you guessed it. I am making some fun shaped Marzipan. Our local hospital has a waiting room where families wait for patients in surgery and they have a snack table. You have to bring the recipe to avoid allergies and there disclaimer that the items are homemade.
Today in celebration of Christmas Every Day I am taking freshly made Marzipan to the waiting room. It works for me?
