I remember once doing body cleansing: the acupuncture doctor had inserted gold and silver needles in her ears to stimulate metabolism, she advised me to give up flour and sugar for two weeks, but most importantly, she said, take 10,000 steps every day on different roads.
– Why different? – I’m surprised.
– Because every time we choose the same route, we do everything automatically, which means we are on the road thinking about work and other daily worries, without having to turn our brains off and relax. A new path equals new impressions, awakening curiosity, new strangers and stories born in the head – so the movement takes on a new meaning and brings much more happiness.
That is my recipe for my happiness today – going a new way or doing something that I am not used to. I drink tea instead of coffee. Give it a try.
