The UEFA Champions League Quarterfinals begin today in the bubble in Portugal. The first quarterfinal will be between Atalanta and Paris-Saint Germain (PSG). The match will be played at the Estadio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica da Luz in Lisbon. It’s kind of ironic that they are playing a Champions League match at Benfica’s home stadium because they will probably never sniff a Champions League quarterfinals again due to the Bela Guttman curse on Benfica.
The match will begin at 3 PM EST on CBS All Access and on UniMas. PSG has one of the best attacking duos in the world in Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. Although Atalanta does not have a superstar, they look to score plenty of goals. However, the team will be without Josip Ilicic, who scored four goals in the 2nd leg of their Round of 16 match before the pandemic hit.

PSG scored twice late in the match to win 2-1.
Congrats to them. So my doubts were legitimate
Atalanta just fell apart in the final minute of regular time.
Atalanta is ahead 1-0 at halftime.
PSG, the stadium in Lisbon is beautiful to visit by the way, there is an art mall connected to it!
That’s rather unique – Portugal is not known for art
it actually was a haven for many artists during WWII
I need to brush up on my history then – I guess the Spanish flu did not have an impact on them since they were in Portugal (bad political pun intended)
wow that is really bad. Dali and others hid in Portugal during the war. Due to pain they remained somewhat neutral.
Atalanta will win though I have some doubts.
I want Atalanta to win too, but I don’t know if they can with Ilicic out. However, PSG is playing without DiMaria, but they have Neymar and Mbappe.
