Brunch to reduce weight

With the mention of brunch, what comes to mind is the buffet brunch in restaurants. The topic of this discussion is brunch in the sense that it is a merged breakfast and lunch. For those at home, taking breakfast at 7 am and lunch at 12 noon, how about taking brunch at 10 am to do away with lunch? That can save you money since you had just 1 meal instead of two. Maybe some will not agree especially those with issues in their digestive system. But normal people, having the brunch every day can definitely help you lose weight.

There are so many kinds of diet to lose weight. The after six diet means you do not eat anything after 6 pm. There is also the one meal a day which is a kind of fasting. But the brunch would seem to be the healthiest kind of diet since you do not miss any meal. It is only an adjustment in the time of having breakfast. And I think that is effective.

  1. Thanks Alex for your discussion on brunch. I eat only two meals a day and eat less than I did before and exercise after I eat. I have lost weight but not because of having one meals a day, but, because I eat less at the two meals I have and also exercise.
