Bread is our staple for breakfast at least in the city because in the rural areas it is still rice as dictated by the culture. The bakery that sells bread usually opens at 5 am and closes by 9 am. That is just a short operation that we see but the baker has to do the dough by midnight so it will be ready for baking by 4 am.
One good thing for the bakery is the leftover bread that can still be recycled. The crumbs can also be used for cooking. The only drawback of the bakery business is when there are many leftover that would be given to the fish pond owner for feed to the fish.

There is a bakery not far from where I live and I love their bread. I stopped by there the other day to get some bread as a matter of fact. I only eat cereal with milk when eat breakfast.
