Batagram is the beautiful district of Kheber Pukhtoon Kha Provence of Pakistan. Earlier this area was under administration of district Mansehra and the Batagram was his tehsel headquarter. Some years ago this is given the status of district.  When you want to travel to Northern area of Pakistan and you start journey from islamabad, then you will crossed in the middle of Batagram City after mansehra. It is the start point of Northern area of Pakistan.

After Batagram you will enter the area of northern area and the first city will come Thakoot toward Gilgit. You can see the picture that a green hills area is called as Batagram.
