In relation to the required social distancing in public places that includes the streets and the roads, having a passenger in the motorcycle is not allowed. That is backriding which is against the social distancing. The pretext is the potential contamination since it is assumed that the backrider is not related to the rider.
There is an issue that a couple cannot ride on the motorcycle even if they show their marriage contract. The rule is simple – it is prohibited for a motorcycle to have more than 1 rider. So that’s it.
