April Showers

What a surprise it was last evening when we had a heavy downpour.  While the rain was welcome we were a bit ill at ease when it was accompanied by thunder and lightning. 

I have heard of April Showers and now I even experienced it.  It was such a relief as atleast this week we will not have to water our garden which is pretty large in size.  With the time available other neglected chores could be paid attention to. 

Luckily there was no wind that would have affected the fruits.  I only hope however our mangoes do not get infested as rain does that sometimes.
