This is one flower I want in my garden African Violets come in many colours and they are called window sill flowers. They need mild sun and easy to grow.
While we were in the city I had a few pots but while shifting here we could not bring them with us. I do not see them in nurseries here.
They are planted in tiny pots and they are easily mistaken for plastic flowers. The petals have a satin feel with a nice shine.

Such pretty flowers, they remind me of my childhood. We had them in school.
Once the lockdown is lifted I will look for them.
I have them on the window sill. In red and yellow and the other in white and yellow. When watering, care must be taken not to let water flow through the mossy leaves. I have to buy one in purple too.
How do you multiply them? Do they get seeds?
